DAMAGE CLAIMS

Although we make every effort to pack your order carefully, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. This is why we offer our customers the option of choosing insurance. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we make damage claims for our customers. Please submit damage claims directly to the USPS. Remember not to discard the damaged goods, and please leave them in the original box for a USPS representative to inspect.

DISCLAIMER

Prairie Sun labels list ingredients used in our products. Persons with allergies to listed ingredients should not use those products. If you develop an allergic reaction or experience any discomforts while using our products please discontinue use immediately. If you have allergies to nuts, please note that some products may contain nuts, nut butters or nut oils (this includes shea butter and sweet almond oil). In addition, our production equipment may come in contact with nuts.

Avoid getting bath and body products in or near your eyes. Do not allow children to use these products unless you deem it appropriate.

We do not make medical claims for our products. For treatment of health ailments, please seek diagnosis and recommendations from your health care provider.

LOCAL PICKUP

To save on shipping, you are welcome to pick up your order at our location in Lakewood, Colorado. Please call 303-989-6232 for an appointment.  

At our local pickup sites, you are welcome to pay with cash, personal check, or you may order by credit card through our website and then choose the local pickup option. Please note that we are unable to process credit cards at our local pickup sites. If you plan to pay by check, a current driver’s license or other photo id is required.

MIMIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum order, so go ahead and order as much or as little as you need.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can choose a substitute or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYPAL – SECURE PAYMENT

Prairie Sun Botanicals now accepts credit cards via an SSL secure server, Paypal. This service offers our customers a secure means for making payment over the Internet. Paypal notifies us when payment has been made, but we do not have access to your credit card or bank account information. Paypal has taken steps to verify our address, email and bank account and we have met their requirements for “Paypal Verified” status.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy is very simple. We will not sell, rent or share any personal information we collect about our customers unless required to do so by law. We respect your right to privacy and take precautions to protect it.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Once our products have shipped, we have no way to verify that they remained unsealed and unused. We could not in good faith re-sell these products to our other customers. If any items are missing from your order or should you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to resolve the problem.

SALES TAX

Prairie Sun Botanicals is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Colorado addresses.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Occasionally, there may be a shipping delay due to illness, an unexpected number of rush orders or increased holiday orders. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. We also offer local pickup. Please see local pickup information above.

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address! If the package is sent out with the uncorrected address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
